Our process

Five steps, from first conversation to full ownership.

We do not simply sell software and disappear. Every school can test the system, learn how it works, and receive support during the process.

01

Interest

Your school reaches out and shows interest in the system. A call or visit is all it takes to begin.

02

Build and train

We build your school app under your own name and logo, then provide hands-on training for administrators and teachers.

03

Start the project

A commitment fee of 3,000 Liberian Dollars gets the work officially under way.

04

Test and explore

Your staff use the system for two full academic periods so they can genuinely learn and evaluate it.

05

Take over and manage

Once testing is complete, the system is handed to the school. You manage it your way, with continued support from our team.
